CriticalIt takes a long time for staff to respond even after you fall and are ringing your bell. Care staff are kind but a few are lazy and there are not enough on staff to care for all the residents. We pay a lot to be safe and often times they don't even check on us at all and ringing for them can take over an hour. I have been told they won't respond during meal times because they are too busy taking residents to the dining room. That's 6 hours a day you better not need help

Positive[name removed] has been great. my dad is moved in and although he is not very social I think he's happy there. They helped with information on a moving company which was a big help. , I would recommend to others. It's nice to have housekeeping and meals so he is getting real food not frozen entrees.

Would I want to be here when I was …

PositiveI enjoyed the tour. The facility is very nice. The only thing missing is a treadmill for exercising. My father needs to strengthen and a treadmill was recommended by his doctor.

The team made the entire process incredibly fast and smooth, which meant so much during a stressful time. The staff truly go above and beyond—they are kind, attentive, and genuinely care about both the residents and their families. The facility itself is beautiful, clean, and modern, and we really appreciate how much independence residents are given in their daily routines. I work in healthcare, so I know what goo…
