The staff are very caring and kind, which we truly appreciate. There have been a few times where communication could have been a bit better, and we've occasionally needed to follow up on housekeeping to make sure it was scheduled. The community itself is an older building, so there are signs of normal wear over time. However, it remains a comfortable place, and the overall cost is a bit more affordable compared to some other options. What we like the most about the community is that everyone remembered mom from her respite stay. They were great with her and always address her by her name. They have been friendly and accommodating. Several employees have been there for several years. I would recommend Fircrest Senior Living to others.

Everything has gone well for the most part. It seems like they're doing well at taking care of our loved one and letting us know what else she needs. She had an issue with a roommate, and they did get her into a different room with a new roommate. We're not sure if that's something that could have been avoided - perhaps they could ask a few more questions and have a more intensive screening process when assigning roommates to potentially avoided those types of issues in the first place.

We fell in love with the apartment at Fircrest Senior Living. It's beautiful and had a balcony that overlooked the airport of McMinnville. The manager was absolutely fabulous, very friendly, open, led us around, and wants us there. We can take our dog, which is important. They showed me a two-bedroom, but my dad is moving into a studio this coming weekend. They offered three meals a day and had transportation to shopping, doctors, and planned outings. My mother seems to have adjusted well to this community. It is a nice and clean facility, they do a good job with the cleanliness. The staff is good, they have been friendly and pleasant. There are activities offered for the residents. Overall everything is working out well. I had a few issues with billing, but that has since been resolved. This is a community I would recommend.

The care received from the staff at FirCrest for my mother was impeccable. Her room was beautiful, they were very attentive to not only her needs, but to the needs of our family. The compassion shown to my family as my mom spent her last days there was irreplaceable.
