CriticalI am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
Truly one of the worst nursing homes. They ignore calls outright and are extremely rude. The manager and head of nursing are horrible to deal with. They put on a facade of kindness but as soon as you make a complaint, you're told that the patient is 'crazy' and not telling the truth. They have put my loved one in very uncomfortable positions more than once. His health and comfort come last. Avoid this place!

I feel that the staff is very friendly, it seems like they really care about the residents. Almost every day there is an activity for the residents to participate in such as bingo or a local band to listen to, they also take resident to events like dancing and the local carnival when it is in town. All of the meals seem very balanced and nutritious. They also offer substitutions if you do not like the meal featured. Also the physical therapy here is great, lots of people are able to return home once rehabilitated. …
