I am extremely disappointed with the care provided at Florentine Gardens Nursing Home. My grandmother's well-being was neglected in ways that are completely unacceptable. She was not provided with buttons to call for help, which is a basic necessity for any nursing facility. Additionally, she was given items that she is not allowed to have, showing a blatant disregard for her health and safety. This lack of attentiveness and care is deeply concerning and should not happen in a place trusted to care for our lov…

Had two friends who stayed there long term. Wonderful caring little place. Small but staff really cares about the patients. Personal touch for sure. Clean and beautiful. Activities are second to none. Highly recommended.

When my dad arrived at Florentine Gardens, he couldn't even help us to get him up from a car into a wheelchair. Three weeks later, after 5 days a week of PT and occupational therapy, my dad could walk on his own again. The staff was so nice and helpful and knew his name. The food looked and smelled good. Dad ate nearly all of it. His laundry was cleaned and nothing got lost. It's a real positive place and they did wonders for my dad.
