CriticalIf you are going to advocate and be an active and involved family member to your loved one at Flourish Collection Rochester - the management (Deja and Linda) will eventually stop communicating with you once you start to point out their failures in care. Check the state of Michigan LARA records. If your loved one is there already - be vigilant.

The ranches are beautiful and very well planned. The apartments are very nice and cozy. Staff were all very helpful, informative and friendly. The grounds are well designed and offer great views. Definitely a place I could consider except the location is far from where I’d like to be. I will have to think about it.
