The atmosphere and surroundings would be much improved, if they were cared for properly. The difficulties seem to have started with the change of ownership at the highest level. The residents seem to have little communication, and their concerns are not considered. The difficulties are distressing when one has little consideration from the investor…

The apartment was a perfect size. Conveniently laid out . Shower was a walk in and was easily accessible. Kitchen was step saving and efficient. The staff was exceptional in every way possible. They were kind and respectful and most compassionate. One of the staff loaned me an air mattress while I was there. It is a very special place and has a kind staff.
