Washington Manor Senior Apartments has been the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. The staff is extremely unprofessional and unresponsive to residents’ concerns. Instead of addressing real maintenance issues, the maintenance workers seem to spend their time doing routine leak checks and leaving paperwork on doors, while problems inside the apartments go unresolved.
