After living here for six months, I have had a chance to form an opinion on what it's like to live here at Fountain Glen Terra Vista. In short, the management and maintenance staff are amazing. Management team is always available to help answer questions, send out a monthly calendar to keep tenants busy and foster a social environment. Maintenance does a good job of cleaning the buildings and grounds, making timely repairs, while finding time to make fresh coffee and doughnuts every morning for the tenants, Mo…

office staff broken promises promised 3rd floor gave us 2nd last second .noise above loud stomping walls paper thin hear noise next door .loud ambulance noise all the time cause hospital next door .bed bugs 1st day ugly .management evil villains rude to the elderly run place they want too yell at me for asking questions about there dishonesty .section 8 bring family members to live here .I speak truth not a happy place a institution waste of time and money treat people like trash

Fountain Glen Terra Vista seems like a nice place. They have a nice weight room, a laundry room, and a nice, quiet area. And the people were nice and friendly. I think they did a great job touring me around. The place is pleasant and nice. The unit is spacious and well-maintained.

My father is at Fountain Glen Terra Vista. The apartments are nice. I like it. They offer a gym and different classes. The leasing office people are pretty nice. They keep the facility clean and they have a lot of activities.

I visited this facility

When I visited Fountain Glen Terra Vista, it was late in the afternoon and the office was closing, but I did get a tour of the building. It was kind of close to where I live now. The apartments much smaller than I expected since I came from a house with a lot of furniture. It was very nice. I understood that they smoke there, but I was in a smoke-free environment. They had a rec room and a swimming pool. It was a very nice, clean place. I don't have any complaints.
