Cannot speak to the independent living side or memory care, but do not recommend it for assisted living/respite and would never have a relative stay there again. My Dad was left to his own other than meal times and even after I raised my concerns, a one time attempt was made to engage him and that was it. We paid a significant amount for a 2 week stay and I wound up taking him out 4 days early. No follow up from management to understand why, which left me feeling like we were just money to them. The restaurant staff are attentive and willing to cook pretty much anything on demand, whether on the menu or not. Other employees are friendly (front desk especially) and seem happy to be there. The rooms are well appointed with spacious bathrooms.

Friendliness 5 but a 4 for staff. They were either experiencing turnover or had high volume of new customers, so they weren't always as responsive as I'd expect. Admin staff 4 (buy restaurant and support staff were a 5). Food definitely a 5! The overall vibe is of a luxury vacation or cruise. People (residents and staff) were all well-deserved and groomed. 1. Overall experience- negative 1; worst experience ever!! 2. Cleanliness -2 the property was not taken care of very well, especially considering how new it is. I watched them "vacuum" the halls for weeks but never getting a dead roach up for weeks. 3. Friendliness of staff - 3 some are friendly and some are rude 4. Quality of care - 1 The WORST!! 5 for all of it, it is a wonderful place. They are focused on excellence in all things. They have so many available activities. Honestly it is like living on a cruise ship! This year we had surgery and needed puréed food- the head of food service discussed it with us. Every time food was ordered they knew to do it without discussion and they delivered food to her door until she was strong enough to go to dining.
