This home was very good until the nurse resident manager left for health issues. History of understaffing causes stress to aides. They struggle to provide activities. Many good aides don’t last. Requires a lot of follow-up to make sure your loved one is taken care of. Lack of communication to family members about their loved ones even when they are not doing well. Think Twice

Think twice before placing a loved one in this facility. It’s nothing but a BIG LIE and a show. The residents are literally bored to death. It’s a revolving door of help who don’t appear to be qualified or held accountable for their job responsibilities. There is no supervision so they sit on their phones while the residents stare at nothing. Forget about healthy meals too. There is a menu that no one follows and it’s mostly processed foods that are prepared in a filthy kitchen. My mother looks like a bag lady. Her…

Fox Trail at Chester Feedback

They could use some work on communication and better attention to patient care. They do have new director who came in about four weeks ago. She has some type of nursing background and seems to be doing a better job and trying. Our family is getting more phone calls and information, and we hope that things will continue to improve with the new director.

Very Happy for Almost Two Years Now

My dad has been at Memory Care in Chester for almost 2 years now and we are very happy with the facility. We love Sherry, LeMar, Kim, and Sydney especially. It definitely feels like a family. There may not be a lot of activities that the residents can participate in, but they do their best. They have outside people come in for entertainment and although my dad can't recall a lot of things, he does remember some of them! Pleased Family

My family and I are very pleased. The employees are very friendly and do an outstanding job. The facility is very clean and well kept. The cleanliness, friendliness, and care services are excellent. I would recommend this place to everyone. We are just really pleased with everything.
