Fantastic job being done at Montville facility! The Whole Facility just runs smoothly and the staff... they are always working. Environment is cohesive and friendly. Very clean absolutely no " odors"

Positive Experience, Great Staff

Staff was very good and [name removed] in particular was fantastic and sets Fox trail apart from others since [name removed] is well schooled in dealing with dementia persons and supporting family. Negative is that they did not have a nurse at the Montville facility

Fox Trail Memory Care Living at Montville

Today I tried to contact the billing office for over an hour without success. They are very willing to take your money and return no services. Don't follow their recommendations or your loved one will end up in a psychiatric hospital. I feel a bit foolish for being so gullible and giving them money.

I visited this facility

I liked the concept of Fox Trail Memory Care Living-Montville. They only had six people in the whole house. It was a very good concept of having a building with just maybe 14 or 15 people in it. Other than that, I thought it was not nearly as nice as the other two facilities I visited, and they just didn't have much going on there. The rooms that I saw were very spartan. They had an area where there were some women who were playing bingo. What we saw was nice, but they don't have a gym or anything like th…

I would recommend it. It is a smaller facility- more like home. So far so good.

This is a unique community. There are only 15 residents at a maximum. It is like living in a big home with your family. I liked how everything is family style. It is a very cute community.
