I am currently staying at Franke Tobey Jones Retirement Estates and it is a fabulous place. It is a continuous care community on a very large piece of property that's beautiful with independent duplexes and nice apartments for independent living, so you buy into it. They have 21 duplexes. I'm in one of the 2-bedroom duplexes with a kitchen, a garage, and a back porch. All my maintenance is taken care of. The gardens are taken care of. Franke Tobey Jones Retirement Estates was immaculate. There was a lot of variety in where you could live, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and studio. The upkeep was very good. The grounds were well taken care of, and there are a lot of paths to walk. There's a library, exercise rooms, and woodshop. The staff was very accommodating, very nice, and very friendly. The rooms for the most part were very spacious. There were good kitchen facilities and storage. The layout of the rooms was good.

I'm waiting to move into Franke Tobey Jones Retirement Estates when it's ready. I chose it because the facilities were first-rate and the staff was very nice. I knew some people who were already there. The rooms are very nice, well kept up, and the person who gave the tour was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. They provided us with a lunch. There's a community garden, there's a fitness center, there are educational activities and social activities.

I've been to Tobey Jones Retirement Estates to visit a friend. I was very pleased, I liked the atmosphere, I liked the openness of how you could move around. The staff was always very helpful to answer questions, and the people that lived there were really pleased with the care they were getting and the programs that were provided. The rooms I was able to see, it was a newer complex that they had built, and they were spacious, and easy to move within.
