PositiveRoom was large and looked into a nice courtyard where birds and pet rabbits could be seen. The overall wing is very nice with beautiful furnishings so you don't feel as if you are in a facility. Staff is very kind and personable and very good with the seniors in their care. Food was ok.

PositiveLauren was the young lady who showed us around Franklin Park Alamo Heights. She showed us both a two-bedroom and a one-bedroom. She went over what the financials were. It's a very nice place. Franklin Park Alamo Heights is very clean and peaceful. That's a nice thing. It had a lot of amenities. It had a lot of activities. The rooms were really nice. We walked past some of the residents, and everybody seemed to be very happy. The prices are very high, though. You walk in, and you give them X number of thou…

PositiveThe main thing is that they're taking good care of her. She's 97 and she does not really want to go down to meals with everybody else. She prefers just to be on her own and they bring her meals to her. The staff are caring and loving and make her feel like they really do care about her. It's clean, open to visitors at all times, and well run. If I ever have any questions or concerns, they want to hear about it and they do get back to me. It is expensive, but worth every penny!

PositiveThe facilities are clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. My parents moved from the Assisted side to Memory Care after about six months. My parents seem to like it there as much as they could considering the circumstances.
