Franklin Park is wonderful!

I helped my parents move into Franklin Park one month ago, and they have found the community to be absolutely wonderful! The staff has consistently been so welcoming and helpful. The community of residents are lovely and my parents ave made friends very quickly. The amenities are seemingly endless and help significantly in easing the burden of leaving their home of 40 years. All in all they have zero regrets about moving to Franklin Park Sonterra, and we highly recommend it to all!

Terrible Experience at Franklin Park Sonterra Assisted Living

We have not had a good experience with Assisted Living at Franklin Park Sonterra (FP) for our Dad and would definitely not recommend. We even had several meetings and conversations with the Administration(many times with no response). Has anyone has experienced issues with any of the following: administering of meds (overdosing, not being given on schedule or as prescribed; making changes to Physicians Orders (meds, changing original prescribing doctors, changing number of refills by original dr"s) without notifyin…

Franklin Park A Great Place to Be

The staff is very nice and attentive and always helpful. Activities are a little boring or mundane at times. Need more encouragement to get involved. The overall environment is great. No clutter. , pleasant odor and a variety of soft music playing at most times. The food is average. Sometimes overcooked, flavor issues and need for better plating & presentation.

I am a resident of Franklin Park Sonterra. It's a very good experience. The people that run it here, are four top people; they're very qualified and very good. They care about all of us. It seems like the ones that are qualified stay, and the other ones that aren't so good end up leaving. We have an exercise class every morning and we have a walking club, and we play games. It's pretty good. The swimming pool is broken but I think they're going to fix it for summer. They have a full-staff r…
