Friendly Village Nursing & Rehab Center was very caring, respectful, and very accommodating. They were very thorough in making sure my father's needs were met, which included getting physical therapy set up, occupational therapy set up, and the rehabilitation organizations set up, even before he had arrived. So, that took a lot of stress off of us. They were all prepared for his arrival. It was the second time my dad was there for rehab. I would NEVER recommend this nursing home to anybody! My Grandma had been here for 4 day before passing away. The staff seemed to have no compassion or care towards the residents. My Grandma would be left screaming ‘someone please help me’ and crying in pain in her room and no staff member would even check on her. When visiting I could hear her down the hall as I walked in and rush to her room in panic. A friend it a patient there. He has had clothing and other articled stolen. Food unacceptable. Cold hot dog for dinner, Pizza missing most of the toppings for breakfast. Has not seen a doctor in the 3 weeks he’s been there. Poor Or no communication with staff.

My mother was at Friendly Village before she passed away. I was her power of attorney, and they went over me because they were poor people. They wouldn't listen to me. That's why she passed away, because when I told them to bring her to the hospital, they didn't do it. She had sepsis. Also they were very, very short-staffed. When the state came in, they made sure that they got every spot filled. However, when the state was gone, it was back to having one person for every 23 patients. It was supposed …
