PositiveStaff demonstrate genuine care for their residents
The staff directly providing daily care has been wonderful. My mother says the food is quite good. Neither of these things were true about [community removed]. My mom is happy with the apartment and with the weekly cleaning. Overall, I would say the most outstanding aspect of Garden Villas is the staff who come in daily contact with the residents, whether it's in the dining room or in apartments dispensing medication or assistance. They all seem very kind and caring.

Staff very friendly and professional. My apartment excellent except for shower. Great location. Activities are diverse and generally good. But not enough residents take part so few chances to make new friends. Overall, I would recommend the community to others.

I would honestly give all of these a 5. My mom loves her apartment. It feels like an apartment and not an assisted living facility or nursing home which has helped my Mom be more accepting of having to sell her house. The facility is always updating/ improving the building and the grounds and it's always kept tidy.

PositiveThe residents and staff are fantastic
The apartments are very spacious almost all have full sliding glass doors with large outdoor patios. Many have walkouts - which is great for pets. The staff is amazing from activities to the front desk. They are extremely responsive to any housekeeping or maintenance requests. They just replaced the roof and are replacing carpet in the common areas
