GINES RESIDENTIAL CARE HOME III

I visited this facility

I toured Gines Residential Care Home. The person who showed me around was complaining that her staff was back in the Philippines so she had to be working. They need to have a true staff helping people. Also, they need to update the location. The fence is falling. The roof was old. Some of the wallpaper came off. It was just bad yet she wants the same price as the others. They have to spend a little money on the facility and on nurses who help their patients.

I have been super happy with our experience. Everything is a 5. My mother requires a lot of attention which we are fortunate to have at Gines Residential Care Home.

Nice area, but very outdated inside of home, reminded me of the 70's The staff are a couple that live in the home with the residents, how can they provide care around the clock for your loved one, if there asleep in the back of the house. The Owner was not welcoming she seemed more concerned of how fast I can move in, and what her rates were, even after I told her at this time, I just wanted to look at a few places, before I make a decision on where I wanted to place my loved one.

Unfair Careness

If you are looking for a Loving and Caring home for your loved one this is not the place for them. They have a husband and wife that live in the home they are not taking care of your loved one through the night because they are sleeping, My family member had fallen out the bed and they were so asleep they did not hear he had been with no care for hours. Gines Care Home - I can't express how happy I am for placing my uncle in this facility, so many things have changed for him, he's Happy, doesn't feel alone, his needs are always met, the staff, laughs, talks with him, and show him love, [name removed] is the sweetest, her and I always communicate well for his needs, I'd recommend anyone to her home.

I toured Gines Residential Care Home for my mother. It's just a house, so it's individual care, and it's not like a group. They even said if she needed more help and supervision at night, that we would have to buy that over and above. They have a resident sleeping there, which is nice, but they're sleeping. They're not up all night like in the other communities. I don't think was a good fit for us because my mom used to wander at night. It was really homey, but I felt like it was kind …
