From our first visit until today, with our mother currently residing in Glen Mills Senior Living, the entire staff has been wonderful. They are all very caring and extremely accommodating. The facility is well kept and very clean. Our family is very happy with our choice of this facility.

My mother moved in about three weeks ago. She is participating in activities and making friends. Everyone has been fantastic to work with and very responsive. The facility feels like home and the support staff is very friendly and kind to my mom. We have been able to add personal touches to the apartment mom loves. We participated in a family event that helped us meet many of the wonderful residents and helpful administrators. My mother is happy in her new home.

PositiveFriendly staff.
Most of the staff are really nice. Room is cleaned regularly. The food looks good but my mom will only eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Everyone is pretty patient with my mom but sometimes it takes time to get answers to our questions. To be fair, the place acquired about 30 new residents within a couple of weeks time. They are trying to get my mom to participate in activities but my mom doesn't cooperate. But they keep trying and we appreciate it.

Based on my personal experience with just my dad's care in the life stories section, memory care unit....his room is consistently clean, the unit is clean, the food is good, lots of variety with meal choices, there are lots of options for activities (my dad does not participate in most but that's not for lack of choices).
