CriticalThe facility is dirty and smells of urine and other unknown contaminants. There are some really awesome nurses who work there & then there are a few that are not so great. The food is not fit for a dog. Cold, tasteless, burned, you name it, nasty and minimal. The rooms are dirty. Ceiling tiles are mildew and stained from all the leaks in the building. Roaches, waterbugs, ants, run around. If you have a family member there, you clean their room and bathroom because staff will just run a dirty mop over everything…

PositiveIf you’re looking to admit someone here please take your time to visit & take a tour. The staff is super friendly & honest, bathrooms are clean, & the place doesn’t smell of feces. During my tour they had a guy playing piano & singing for the residents & I believe that was just one of many things they do for these people here. Franky was my tour guide she was super quick & efficient. Amani at the front desk was very helpful with getting me the assistance I needed as well, very pretty lady. M…

CriticalThis place is so unprofessional I have no clue how they are still in business this unreal . Don’t let your loved one go there My grandma didn’t get her medicine for a whole day she had withdrawal. They let her sit in her urine . Patients roaming the hall and nothing but a diaper just absolutely unreal and inhumane
★★★★★
CriticalA friend of mine had her 88-year-old mother go to Glenburnie Rehabilitation and Nursing Center after leaving the hospital for a bladder infection. No one did anything to help her, not even give her a blanket when she was cold. Not one nurse or doctor had even checked on her. When my friend told me what was going on, I was horrified. Nobody did their jobs AT ALL. Absolutely inexcusable.
★★★★★
CriticalThe rooms look like trash the staff is bad they do not help the residents. They do not answer call bell the food is awful. They are rude and talk to the residents any kind of way I would not recommend this place to no one . If you want good service don’t come here you won’t get it. I made a huge mistake bringing my mom here.
