My mother was a resident at Glenview Terrace for nearly 10 years. I cannot speak highly enough of the care my mom received. 3rd Floor Head Nurse Dale, Meredith in Social Services, Minnie and Babu in PT, and caregiver Aricelli were outstanding. My husband is a long-term resident at Glenview Terrace after suffering a devastating stroke in 2015. Our family is so grateful for the outstanding compassionate care he receives. There is very little staff turnover and employees are engaged and happy. The facility is clean, food good and lovely amenities. I highly recommend Glenview Terrace.

CriticalStaff Actually Care Here
Overall, my experience with Glenview Terrace has been alright. As far as the food goes, they have a chef at the community, but the food is overdone. Some of us have special diets, but the kitchen staff are not willing to accommodate our needs. As far as personal care goes though, this community covers the whole gambit of care from rehab to memory care. The staff actually care here, and they do what they say they will do.

This was my dad's second stay at Glenview Terrace. The first time was good, but this second time has been anything but hell. First if you need the RN or CNA and put the call light be prepared to wait and wait......up to 45 minutes. Nothing was done timely - ie. administration of medications. I had to make sure the correct medications were given because the nurses would miss one or two here and there. Some of the RNs had NO idea what they are doing and it's very obvious.
