Great Adult Family Home!

My 95 year old Father spent the last 2 weeks of his life at Good Samaritan Senior Home. After being in the hospital and a rehab facility for 6 weeks and starting Hospice, coming to this Adult Family home was such a blessing. The owner could not have been more helpful and compassionate. The new managment at Good Samaritan has been doing an out standing job, they provided excellent care for my client at the end of his life , The RN provider is a great resource to the facility and individualized care . With compassion,I would recommend 100%.

Review for Good Samaritan AFH

This AFH is an excellent place for long term care. Clients/patients have their own bedroom, clean and spacious enough to accommodate family visitors. Caregiver is a nurse by profession assisted by CNAs who are very caring and patient in taking care of these clients. This AFH is very secured, equipped with cameras and motion sensors. Surroundings are clean and it’s a home away from home! Parking in from is spacious as well. Overall, I would rate this place as 9.5!

I visited Good Samaritan and the owner told me that they could work with my mom and her behavior and mental state (dementia, physical and verbal outbursts). Based on my visit, I gave notice where my mom was and was going to move her here, but after receiving paperwork from Kings Manor, they turned around and told me that they cant accept her based on her behavior issues.
