Great care!

I had both my mom and dad there at the same time for memory care concerns. The staff treated my parents with great care and compassion. My parents needs were met in every level of care. The staff and I had great communication. The facility was always clean and most importantly the facility did not remind me of a nursing home. It reminded me of home.

Good place for a loved

Sometimes they are short staffed. The food is not bad. They could do better with the residents, and offer more activities. We picked this community because, it was the only option availabe in town. Overall, it's a nice place.

Wasn't What I Expected

I wouldn't recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The community stated they would be able to care for my loved one; however, it ended up being they couldn't care for my loved one due to behavior issues. I was asked to come pick up my loved one the next day after receiving a call in the evening. The staff started out well, especially one of the nurses in caring for my loved one.

BROKEN OVEN and not fixing something that did not required baking.

I had a horrible experience Friday night... Pizza was on the menu. it was served not cooked and the bottom was black and burned. No one could eat it. Found out the oven doesn't work and has not for some time. Asked why they served something that needed to be baked instead of something that could have cooked on the top of the stove. I WAS TOLD THEY ARE REQIURED TO FOLLOW THE WRITTEN/SCHEDULED MENU FOR ALL CENTERS!!!!!!! WOW can not fix something they can eat that is not on the menu. So go hungry. UNREAL
