I would say mostly a 5 for everything, but the owner was a little pushy and tried making my MIL feel bad for not walking down to the dining room for her meals but she's ill and not that mobile and they told us room service was no problem when she moved in there. They also took her space heater after saying we could bring whatever we want into the room. The food was enjoyable and they do weekly housekeeping and laundry. The facility is beautiful and clean. The studio apartment is just a room and a bathroom, no kitc…
