PositiveIt's a small environment, very good resident to staff ratio. The food is great. The owner is very dedicated Because it's a small place there aren't many people to socialize with. It's hard to create lots of options for activities. Some bigger places have activity directors and stuff. This place is too small. Overall we're very happy with the place.

She has put in a great deal of time and effort to improve the home so that residents are well-cared for in a clean, inviting, kind, compassionate, and loving environment. [name removed] is easy to reach, her communications are regular, and she has been incredibly helpful in navigating the ins and outs of my mother's progressing dementia. PositiveMy mother-in-law was a resident of Grace Garden for many years. The owner and her staff took great care of her throughout her stay there. Family visits were encouraged and we were made welcome. The home is always clean and well kept up. Meals are good and healthy. Residents are comfortable and can participate in activities. The family was kept informed and consulted on all health issues that came up. Our family was very pleased with all the care Mom received. Thank you Grace Garden.

PositiveGrace Garden is one of the best RCFE I toured recently. The house super clean, residents look well nourished and taken care off and the care staffs are very loving. I would recommend this care home for anyone looking for a place in San Jose.

PositiveI was hesistant at first to leave my loved on in the hands of someone else, but I was pleasantly suprised to know that someone could take care of and treat my loved one just as well as myself...if not better. My husband has gained his healthy weight back. The manager and director of this place is very attentive, empathetic and takes care of each of her residents like her own family. I couldn't recommend this place any more, its clean, well kept, quiet and the other residents are all respectful and great.
