PositiveI got a very positive first impression from Grace Willowbrook. The person during the tour was very friendly and very honest. The rooms were very adequate. The dining area looked good. Some accommodations looked a little old, but still very pleasant. I saw people getting their hair done, and there's a little library.

PositiveI'm putting Mom in Grace Willowbrook. It has a lot of the amenities I was looking for. They have the walk-in tubs, a library with large print books, and an on-site physical therapy. PositiveGrace Willowbrook was very good. They gave us a very thorough tour. My father would have had two rooms, a bedroom, a living room or a gathering room, and a bathroom. It had a refrigerator. The staff was very courteous and very thorough. The ones we met were very good. They even had a small library.

PositiveWe have visited Grace Willowbrook in Eau Claire, Wisconsin three times. On one visit we stayed for over two hours and in addition to touring the facility, we ate lunch there. Everyone we encountered - from the director of the facility to the social worker, to the kitchen staff was extremely friendly. They have been very patient as my mom has made this decision.
