PositiveMy brother is currently at Graham Oaks. We're only planning for a few months because we want him to be able to walk again normally; he's in rehab there. I have talked to him since he's moved into the facility and he hasn't told me anything negative. He just told me he's working on the rehab so we can get him out when we can. He has his own room and he hasn't had any complaints about it. He hasn't say anything bad about the food too. We looked into the menu and it's pretty goo…

CriticalMy mother was in this facility for about four months recently, and the staff was absolutely horrid. They would tell her they'd empty/change her colostomy bag, but wouldn't return for hours. This would cause it to overflow into other wounds which caused and infection and sent her to the hospital. She said the food was all right, but by my own experience (and hers) the staff was rude. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
