We are in love with Grand Brook and their staff. We know our loved one is being loved on and cared for. We have been there since February and it is absolutely the right place for our loved one to be! I would rate all but the food as 5 and the food as 4 only because I personally would like to see more salads and fruit.

We moved our mom to this facility from a different place and the change in her was remarkable. The staff was wonderful and really put forth the extra effort to care for her with compassion and kindness. Mom had been at two other facilities before we found Grand Brook and we all wish she had gone there first. If you’re looking for the right place don’t look any further.

My mom was at another highly-regarded memory care center for 2.5 years prior to her transfer to Grand Brook. My dad and I thought that things were *ok* at the other place, but the difference in my mom since the move to Grand Brook Twin Creeks has been HUGE. My mom has (what I think is) Frontotemporal Dementia, and the staff has been AMAZING with her. Not only do they take excellent care of my mom…but they also involve my mom in daily activities. This is the second place my mom has been since diagnosed with dementia as well as late stage alzheimer's. Admittedly, she can be a difficult patient. [name removed] and the incredible staff at Grandbrook have gone above and beyond to bring her into their community and given her a soft place to land. Their patience, empathy and skills have not only created an incredible community for her, but given me a peace of mind I haven't felt since I can't remember.
