Grand Pines Assisted Living Center

I do want to preface this review by saying we did encounter some great aides/medtechs during the short time our family member (FM for short) was there. But overall, the experience was AWFUL! And it was all seemingly due to leadership/direction provided by administrator. There were times of understaffing/high turnover, but we know that is an issue at most, if not all, facilities.
