My father is going to be moving into Granite Hill Estates. It's one of the nicer ones around Augusta. He also didn't want to go far. We're going to keep the house for a while, so he wants to be near the house. It's in great condition and aesthetically pleasing. It's a beautiful setting, and the staff members that we've met were super friendly and helpful. I love the variety of common spaces and the ambience. It's a high level.

I have been a resident in the Lodge for several months and have been extremely satisfied with every aspect at the Lodge. I participate in a variety of exercise classes, there are social gatherings throughout the week and I have met a number of residents I would now consider friends!

I live in a cottage, so can't comment on the apartment rooms. The cottages come in various sizes, and many have had additions added since originally built. In a lot, fireplaces have been added, or back porches, or an extra room off the back. The food is excellent. The staff is well-trained, friendly, and competent.

Granite Hill Estates is exceptional. Our father chose to move to GHE’s independent living in order to be with other people, enjoy a wide variety of activities and wonderful meals, and give his children the comfort of knowing he was safe and well-cared for. He eventually needed greater levels of care and has received that without moving from GHEsp. The staff treat him and us like family. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My mom was a resident in the main lodge, memory care unit for 2 years. Her room was very comfortable, looking out onto a courtyard. The food was wonderful too. The best part was the staff-they were fantastic! They were very attentive, friendly and competent. Granite Hill is an excellent facility and we are most grateful for their exceptional care of our mom.

We have lived here for 2 1/2 years. It is a very friendly community and with lots of activities though these were cut quite a bit because of Covid. The precautions taken, however, have kept us all safe and covid free. We love the daily exercise program with Jane who is wonderful with seniors. We have no regrets about giving up our long-time home and coming here.
