BROUGHT OUR MOM HERE FOR REHAB, WHICH NUMBER 1 SHE DIDNT NEED REHAB!! THE ROOMS WERE AWFUL AND SHE ASKED FOR A BATH TOWEL TO DRY WITH THEY GAVE HER A WASH CLOTH!! I DIDNT RECIEVE A GUIDE OF THE PLACE AT ALL AND THEY NEVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALL... THE ONLY 2 PEOPLE THAT WERE HELPFUL WAS JESSICA AND COOKIE OTHER THEN THAT I WOULDNT BRING MY ANIMALS HERE, THE ROOMS ARE AWFUL AND THE FRONT AREA STINKS LIKE CRAP!!! TERRIBLE THEY NEED TO UPDATE THEIR WEB SITE BECAUSE NOTHING LOOKS LIKE THE SITE.... I CHECKED MY MOM OUT …

My mother-in-law was a resident of Green Meadows Skilled Nursing and Rehab. Her care was top notch. Her rehab went very well. They were right on top of things as far as getting her where she had to be, and she's done very well with it. She's hard to please food wise because she has been a caterer all her life, so things have to be really good for her. Everything was very clean. It's just an older facility. They have a beautiful area where they can sit outside and talk and do things. They have some pl…
