My mother visited him every day, and we witnessed what we felt was a lack of compassion and attention from some staff members. Initial first day in was a nightmare. There was no linen on the beds. It took several requests to get a portable commode. If you are incapacitated you are out of luck. There was no linen available for the beds.

My mother is at Greenhaven Healthcare Center. Last year, I had been calling to see about her welfare and I found that the staff was very reluctant to share anything with me regarding my mother's health. I also find that she has to call her own doctor to go and get assistance for herself in regard to having skin rashes and different things, so I'm not pleased with the environment there. One of my parents lived at, and was cared for, at Eskaton Greenhaven for just short of five years. I have nothing but good things to say about the D Wing Long-term Care staff. They were all knowledgeable, caring, and attentive medical professionals. The care my mother received, for nearly five years, until she passed in July 2023, was exceptional. I highly recommend this facility. I would give the D Wing manager and staff 10 stars if I could!

I was in this facility for 4 weeks recovering from a car accident. The nurses, aides, physical and occupational therapists, discharge and planning staff and the custodial care folks all were competent, caring and efficient. I was loved through a very difficult time and healed partly due to each person with whom I interacted. I would recommend this facility for any rehabilitation for you or a loved one.

Recently I have had the pleasure of working with Greenhaven Eskaton. What a wonderful first impression I got when I first entered the building. I was greeted by a very professional staff who was very receptive to me. Stephanie, Kim and staff go above and beyond to make sure the residents get the best possible treatment from admission to discharge. Both professional and friendly, they truly meet the highest standard in the skilled nursing industry.
