My sister-in-law was in Greensprings Assisted Living for about two years. The facility and the staff were really great. They were engaged with all of the tenants there. I would definitely recommend that facility. We visited two to three times a week, and her apartment was really nice. Every time we went, it was clean and didn't have an odor. My sister moved into Greensprings Assisted Living. We chose it because, first of all, it's in the same community where I live. Secondly, it is a small facility, and my sister would benefit more from that than being in a large facility. She felt safe and comfortable there. The staff was so friendly and helpful, from the administrator to the business office manager, the director of nursing, and the other caregivers. My husband will move into Greensprings Assisted Living. The main reason I chose it is because it's close to home and it's the cheapest one. The staff was knowledgeable and professional. It's warm and inviting. The facility is very good, but there's a problem with parking, not much parking space. The room was good. It's your basic bedroom and a private bathroom, and they have a little mini fridge in there. And they have an activity area.

The staff is the key to this facility. If you watch them they are always interacting with residents, sometimes discretely picking up or cleaning up behind them but totally committed to helping the residents live a dignified retirement. I have been impressed each visit with the activities and interaction. They smile sincerely and it is contagious. The facility is clean, well lit, and comfortable. I toured Greensprings Assisted Living. They were very sweet, but I was not sure that they had enough security to keep him. I couldn't put him next door because if he had got the chance, he would be gone. The rooms were very nice. They were large. Their bathrooms were nice-sized.
