The staff at The Pines at Grove Manor are friendly and the facility is very clean. We have had awesome communication from the staff. What I value the most from this facility is the fact that there isn't a minimum stay. It was hard to find a good place like this one for mom. I would recommend The Pines at Grove Manor to others!

The Pines at Grove Manor was a small facility and I didn't think they had very many residents. The staff who toured us around seemed very kind, knowledgeable, and caring. I contacted her again for respite care, but it took a little while for her to get back to me. She was basically in charge of everything. She was like the RN in charge. We've moved my mother to The Pines at Grove Manor. The staff is very helpful, the facility was very clean, open, and welcoming. It's a very nice facility. The room that we saw, I wouldn't call it spacious, but it's adequate. There's enough space for her bed, she's in double occupancy, and the rooms are clean and spacious. They have a beauty salon, and crafts room, there's got a chapel there, they offer more stuff for the patients to do. They've got a physical therapist, an oc…

The Pines at Grove Manor was perfectly fine. It was a bit far from the rest of our family, and it was a little more institutionalized and less personal. They shared rooms often, and felt more like a nursing home. The staff was wonderful.
