My mom is in memory care which is suppose to be secure but EVERYBODY HAS THE DOOR CODE. I do not see cameras at the entrance. I've not seen staff check on my mom 1 time in her room since I've come to visit. I've provided cleaning supplies and found that the floors are not mopped, walls not wiped and bathrooms not cleaned. Laundry is not done and clothes not tagged to ensure ownership. A lot of changes should be made but for the most part it is overall clean, friendly staff and a lot better than others at twice the …

The administrator that was in charge during my moms residency has thankfully been replaced, so I cannot comment on the current management staff. The day to day care was very subpar. There were days when there were better attendants (who we discovered were NOT licensed caregivers but just considered attendants). But for the most part, they did not want to do much to assist the residents and just parked my mom in a wheelchair all day. We would have to plead for her to be taken to the restroom and/or changed /cleaned…

Activities for memory care are engaging. Food is recorded as the same thing over and over; again this is memory care- so they have to have easy to swallow dishes. Staff always seems happy. Rooms are kept up. 4 stars based on always needs for growth and improvement.

Staff is the biggest plus. They are attentive, friendly and responsive. It has taken a bit of time for the new owners to settle into new procedures Only difficulty is occasional problems with the internet provider and tv provider. It takes several days to fix issues.
