This facility is not fit for anyone. The aides don’t care, they are lazy and not clean with patients or their personal things. The room is not cleaned properly every day. I wouldn’t feed my dog the food they have, if you don’t like what they are serving you only have a choice of PBJ or chicken salad sandwich and the food is always cold. When you call for someone to help you to the bathroom it takes them sometimes 20 or 30 minutes to come and by then you have peed or pooped on yourself. Some of the staff are rough h…

This was my husband's 2nd stay (April 2025) at Hanover Health & Rehab. Center. It did not go well this time. The entire center was closed 2 days after he arrived for a Covid outbreak - no visitors or phone calls to residents permitted. Ten days after this I was called that his white blood count was at 28,000 and they were sending to ER. Luckily we have a a medical professional in family and was able to meet him at ER. He was glad to see kin and teasing the nurses and docs in ER. But relative was not happy …

I would like to give a shout out to my favorite coffee lady (Victoria brown) she always makes sure I get my coffee every morning and makes sure it’s hot. I enjoy her laughter everyday it’s my wake up call. Keep up the good work Vic and keep us laughing.

My Mom was in awful condition but was still sent there. She couldn’t hold her head up or feed herself. The nurses said she fed herself and was taking pills. She had done neither. Her kidneys stopped working and they allowed someone not on the list to get info to call ambulance and move her without authorization. It was a zoo. Most of the helpers had bad attitude. DO NOT TAKE A LOVED ONE THERE

The administration is awful. They don't answer the phone or return calls. They gave me incorrect information when the patient's insurance was changing to Medicare. I specifically asked if there would be any lapse in coverage. Due to their misinformation, I ended up owing $8000. Beware.

I have been trying for two days to contact this facility - phone is never answered and then it disconnects you after so many rings. Attempting to see if patient arrived at the facility. I previously took a tour of this facility and was not impressed with the facility nor the staff.
