Living here has given me something I didn’t realize how much I was missing—a true sense of community. It is wonderful to feel connected to the people around me and to know that I am part of something special. I have really enjoyed my experience living here. It is wonderful to have the freedom and independence of having my own apartment while also having so many services and amenities available to me. There have been several errors on my bills. When I try to contact the person generating them both times I called for multiple weeks, leaving messages and she didn't respond. Took almost 3 weeks to get it resolved. Frustrating. I prefer to eat my own cooking for now. Wish kitchen (refrigerator and stove in particular) weren't EasyBake oven size. The rest is fine.

Staff is knowledgeable and understanding. Residents are very friendly and welcoming. Although it might be an older building, that is a bonus as the rooms are much larger. Parking is a little bit limited, but if your parent should no longer be driving, that turns out to be a benefit.
