CriticalMemory Care Lacks Security
My husband was recently a resident for a year at Harbor Chase in Memory Care and was allowed to elope three times. On one occasion he was gone for several hours and was found by the police miles away. The other two times he was found a mile from the facility. The State, along with the Fire Department recently investigated this facility and found several deficiencies in memory care. The memory care are was never properly secured. The staff is great, and there is a very active activities schedule. The food is terrific. The rooms are beautiful and modern, and the common areas and grounds are well maintained.

I would recommend to others. My mom is in memory care & I appreciate all the activities, mental stimulation, and socialization throughout the day to keep her mind active. They also do regular field trips to get out of the building, get fresh air, etc.
