My mother will be moving into Harmony at Hope Mills. Overall, I liked the atmosphere. It seems like a lively place, with a lot of stimulation for the residents, and it has a lot of activities. The staff was friendly and seemingly helpful to the residents that were already there, as well as to my mom, who was visiting. They were interactive. I was very, very pleased with Harmony at Hope Mills. The staff was awesome, specifically Ms. Frederick. She was very awesome about reaching out and coordinating my visit. She took me on a full tour of the facility and explained all the details of the different sections. The cleanliness of the facility was amazing. I've been in a couple of living facilities, and by far, that was the best. I actually recommended to my daughter that if I ever reached that position, I would like to go there.
