My sister is living there, she loves it. She has dementia it's not horrible. What she likes the most is the friends she has met there , they are a lot like her. The staff does not hover, lets her do pretty much what she likes. She does not do any activities she would prefer reading. She loves the food, every thing is very clean. Her room gets dusted mopped, and garbage removed daily. She has a medium studio apartment. It holds a double bed, rocker recliner, dresser and tv, plus two fold up chairs and small end tabl…

The financial administrator who took me on the tour showed me the assisted living side, even though my mother would be in the memory care unit.
