PositiveHaven Health Show Low Assisted Living
The staff has been very good about community with me on any possible problems that my mom encountered like falling down.For example. I know for a fact that my mom has been a very difficult patient for anyone to work with. And the staff seems to be very upbeat, and happy to help her out, regardless of her complaints.. my mom complains about everything, so her complaints to me are nothing to really listen to. But the staff still have a positive attitude towards her. That says a lot about the quality of the staff.

CriticalI am a friend or relative of a resident
They were pretty nice. Sometimes, it was hard to get somebody to come but, all-in-all, they were pretty good. My dad had his own room at the Haven. The coloring scheme and all that was a little outdated, but it was a nice size, and they cleaned the room every day. It had a couch in there, and the bed seemed kind of narrow. He was there for over 30 days, and the whole time he was there, he had a dripping sink. He never really went into the dining room, and he really wasn't eating very much at all, but the food …
