Havenwood of Burnsville

We were warmly greeted, treated as special guests, & had plenty of time to have our questions answered & see the facility.

I thoroughly enjoyed meeting with the staff at Havenwood. It is a relatively new facility, very bright and nicely set up. I was happy to hear about the extensive training and support level they provide for Parkinson’s patients. It is definitely a place we will be considering when the time comes for joining a memory-care community.

The facility was beautiful. Very new looking and very clean. [name removed] was just wonderful on the tour. I loved the size of the apartments and the amenities included. The memory care units are some of the largest and most comfortable Ive seen in my search for a place for my mother. The only issue is that there is really no Elderly Waiver situation for the memory care unit, and that may be something that we eventually will need. Havenwood is a lovely, modern and well-maintained community with kind, engaging staff and many wonderful amenities included. The dining room is spacious and the two included meals per person/per day are of excellent quality, quantity and variety. We are so happy we found this location for my wife’s parents.
