CriticalNot a good experience!
The facility is very nice and clean but other than that Sanai was a horrible experience for our family. We were shocked when we were told that we needed to hire a 24 hour aide while my mother was in Skilled Nursing. This was brought to our attention on a Friday at 4:30 in the afternoon when my mother was being transported by ambulance to [removed]. They told my family they would not accept her into SN unless we had an aide there, needless to say we were scrambling to get someone there so they would not turn my moth…

What a wonderful place. My mother was there for 3 weeks for rehab. Like a hotel. The staff could not have been better. The food was unbelievable and sheI felt very safe and cared for there. I would recommend this rehab to anyone that wants to be treated with respect and dignity. And get good rehab.

My husband is doing fine here. So far I don't have any complaints in regards to the community or the staff. He is being well taken care of. The food is fine he is eating. The staff is fine very professional and nice.
