CriticalThe personal care aides are horrible and unsupervised. Will never return
★★★★★
CriticalNot happy with care. The aides providing care were harsh and non caring. It was reported to administrative but nothing changed. Can not recommend .
★★★★★
CriticalWhen this woman was first admitted she had a crossdresser ( man ) checking her body for cuts or bruises. How creepy is that. On a more positive note Brandy was a shining star among many nurses who are credit to their profession. Get rid of the creep.
★★★★★
CriticalMy mother was there for rehab. Her meds were always late and she had to argue with the staff to get her prescribed medications. She was feed food that was still frozen and inedible. She had to ring for help multiple times to get anyone to help her to the bathroom. They seem to no problem looking at their I-phones! Not all of the staff is so inattentive but the majority are. Stay away from this place at all cost!
★★★★★
PositiveI like Health Park very much. The people are very attentive. My mother is in a large room for two with windows. It’s clean and well maintained. The location is fine, and the grounds are well kept and pretty.

CriticalInitially, in skilled nursing, the care was really good, the nurses really cared about him. Later he was over medicated, the doctor said to just keep him comfortable. We had to get him out; they said that he was going to die and we knew that wasn't true. The physical therapist said that he couldn't do anything. He was moved to long term care, where he had a 2x2 space in a semi-private room for $7000 a month. These are people that can't take care of themselves forever, and it was really depressing.
