CriticalThe management is overpaid to create a failing ecosystem. They cannot keep new staff long and their experienced staff is given abhorrent schedules to try to design their lives around. The staff is pretty good for having to deal with the poor management. If the administrative staff were not overpaid they could hire more staff or pay existing staff better.
