The place was very nice and I would very happily have placed my father there if the dollar amount was what I had expected and that they would have accepted his particular dementia behavior. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are nice but some of the carpet in the hallways are stained. Great activities and I have eaten lunch with my mom and the food is good. They just hired a new chef so we'll see if there's an improvement. Overall they have a great menu.

Room size was nice. Staff seemed nice, but not very helpful. They totally oversold what they were going to do to help my loved one with ADLs. He became very anxious and agitated from lack of assistance. Staff would sign off on showers when he didn't get showered. They don't even help with morning clean up routines. No shaving, combing hair, or brushing teeth. They really expect the resident to be pretty independent.
