PositiveI have been here at Heartwood EC since 2021.When I got here I would have given it 1-2 stars but now that they have a new administration in place the difference is night and day.In the past the food was horrible,some of the staff seemed indifferent to patient needs and there was an overall lack of accountability.However since the new administrator (Mark Weerasinghe) has been here those issues have been resolved.The food is good,the staff seem more engaged and there is accountability and structure.More importantly pa…
