PositiveI'm rating this place 4 stars based on the staff alone. From day one, everyone was so nice, understanding and showed a great deal of professionalism. The building is very dated but they do a decent job at keeping it clean. I can't speak on activities or the food as my mom didn't really partake.

PositiveI would give all a 5 except for the activities. I would have to say that "Activities" are N/A. My sister was non mobile and only there for 3 months before passing. They would move my sister to the tv room often during her first couple months. This could be considered activities. This was better than leaving her lying in bed all day. So a 5 for all!

CriticalIt was quick and easy to move him in it runs pretty smooth even though they are under staffed the bathroom is the only issue. I tell everyone you guys are there to take some of the burden off in the hardest decision we have to make saved us a lot of time searching for the right place.

PositiveI can not give a high rating on food or activities as I have not visited the facility during meal time or activities. But I would assume that based on all other ratings that these would be at least a 4 or higher. We would most definitely recommend the community to others. I decided to move my sister to this facility after my first visit. It feels more like a home setting.
