Hemsley House of Lenexa

Everyone was very gracious and helped me with all my questions only being a few blocks from our house will make it easier to visit

The facility was nice. It was very clean and nicely arranged and decorated. It seemed that the residents we saw there were happy.

Grant made the transition transparent

People are friendly- respond quickly. Yes, we would recommend Hemsley House to other families.

When we entered Hemsley House there was a sign welcoming us on the reception desk with our names. [name removed] was more than informative and welcoming. He gave us an excellent overview, broke down the costs involved, then gave us a tour of the facility. We did not encounter one person on our tour that wasn’t smiling. He called the following day to thank us for coming, and asked if we had any questions or concerns after we left. The entire experience was great.

I really like the place in everyone there seemed happy and the help was very courteous and helpful. We realized we needed more care for my relative and had to pursue other facilities. I did not see anything negative at all.

The Hemsley was a very nice facility. The accommodations were also very nice and clean. They even had a little show going on for entertainment while we were there. We were very impressed with the staff. However, we decided to go somewhere else only for location reasons.
