★★★★★
CriticalThe food is decent, the facility is clean, and the room size is adequate. However, there has been quite a bit of staff turnover since my family member moved in, including several leadership positions, and there is still not a permanent person in one of the key leadership roles. There has also been less entertainment and fewer activities than I expected based on what I was told beforehand. At times, staff can seem frustrated when questions are asked, which can make communication feel uncomfortable. Overall, I'm no…

CriticalThey kicked my dad out so I really dont have a good taste in my mouth. I just want to leave it at that score. They took forever to do a urine analysis on him. And when they finally did, they said he had a slight UTI. But he didn't receive any medication and then they kicked him out a day or two after they told me he had a UTI. There was no medication in the meds I picked up for him to address that. They also said they thought he was a danger to himself or other others. You don't discharge somebody that you feel is …

PositiveThe staff seemed very nice and friendly. I would recommend to others. They do a good job with activities.

CriticalMost of the aids do not treat the elderly with care. I know there are people shortage but they are hiring people who look at health care as a job and not a vocation. My father went there from the hospital and was in a wheelchair, he needed help bathing, after the first experience (where he said the ladies-2 of them- tossed him around and were rough) he figured out how to do it himself. The manager of patient care (it took 8 days to get her to get in touch after several emails/phone calls; my dad was there for 2 we…

PositiveWe had a great experience. Unfortunately, my father was only there for a very short amount of time because he died about 2 weeks after he moved in. The nursing staff was amazing. They did everything to make my dad and our family extremely comfortable. I moved a lot of things from my dad's home into his room, so it was familiar to him. The staff helped me with setting up his TV. I just can't give them enough praise. They treated my father and my family with dignity and respect until his last breath.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff are responsive to requests. There is a hustle and bustle in the public areas which I appreciate for my mom--I know she won't become "lost." The personalities of the staff are such that they are great with older people-"Hi [name removed]. So you're a night owl!" The staff all pitch in for special events like the holiday party, even outside their normal hours.
