My mother has lived in The Heritage Assisted Living for nearly three years. This past weekend her granddaughter was married in California and my mom could not attend. Christine, the Executive Director, recommended Sierra, their technology whiz, to help livestream the event. And Sierra did! My mom was able to sit, have a glass of wine and watch the ceremony via YouTube on her television. Sierra is the best and we are so grateful!!! This is the kind of TLC we love from The Heritage!

If I had the money, I would have chosen Heritage at Irene Woods due to the access and the upkeep of the building, and they had so many activities. I couldn't even name them all. I would like it if they had a swimming pool. They have therapy. It was the best facility. I just couldn't afford it. Everybody was wonderful. I didn't try any of the food, but it all looked great. The apartment is very nice as are the amenities such as pubs, and bingo, a puzzle room, a library...etc...I do not really use any of the amenities but I know people enjoy them Having the restaurant is obviously a big plus If I had anything negative it would be about the Bistro? I was very much impressed with Heritage at Irene Woods. I thought it was very accommodating. I like the layout. I like the roominess of the rooms. The people were very, very friendly. In fact, I ended up staying there about five hours and participated in their happy hour. The people working there were excellent. The facility itself was excellent.
